It's Christmas time! Lots going on this time of year of course there is still so much in regular life to take care of as well. Brian may or may not have off on this Thursday so our schedule is a bit up in the air. Friday and Saturday we will be busy with various get togethers- we have 3 to go. One with Brian's dad's side, one with his mom's side and dinner with my Mom's family. Of course our own family time and church as well.
Monday: Hamburger Soup- w/ Potatoes, Green Peas and Carrots
Tuesday: Mexican Chicken w/ Fried "Rice" and Bell Peppers and Tomatoes
Wednesday: Chili
Thursday: Shephard's Pie w/ Mashed Cauliflower
Friday: Dinner at In-Laws
Saturday: Leftovers and dinner at Mom's
